Your information may be transferred to and stored in the United States. Privacy laws there may differ from your location. Where required for international transfers (e.g., EU/UK), we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Marketing Communications & Email Policies
We comply fully with the CAN-SPAM Act. You may receive emails if you requested information or purchased from us, or if you opted in for free resources, courses, newsletters, etc.
We require express opt-in consent before sharing data for third-party marketing (which we do not do). Emails include clear sender information, our physical address, and an unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe anytime via the link, by emailing office@humandesignlifecoaching.com, or through our contact form. Opting out does not affect transactional emails (e.g., purchase confirmations).
Non-EU users opting into free resources may be auto-enrolled in our newsletter (unsubscribe anytime). EU users receive newsletters only with affirmative consent.
5. Data Security & Retention

Our Human Design courses and programs are delivered through an IHDS-aligned educational pathway (aligned with the International Human Design School standards, the official certifying body for Human Design education as originated by Ra Uru Hu). Please read this important notice on why we cannot guarantee your certification with your purchase, only your training with us.
All courses are live and interactive, featuring:
• Recorded sessions for flexible review (including MP4 video, MP3 audio, and full-color presentation slides/downloads).
• Optional quizzes, dedicated support groups, practice circles, and flip-teaching methods to reinforce learning and application.
Registration & Access
Registration is either open or by invitation, depending on the program. Upon enrollment, you gain access to a private community (e.g., optional Facebook group or messenger thread) for student interaction, classroom entry, lesson downloads, schedules, and real-time details (Zoom typically opens ~5 minutes early for current transits discussion).
Refunds & Commitment
No refunds are available once the first live class/session has commenced, as access to recordings, materials, and community begins immediately and the value is delivered from day one. We encourage reviewing program details and prerequisites carefully before purchasing.
Required & Recommended Materials
Courses often include or recommend official resources (software, digital books, manuals) sourced directly from Jovian Archive Media Inc., the exclusive copyright holder of the Human Design System, Global Incarnation Index, Primary Health System, and all derived teachings from Ra Uru Hu.

Authenticity & Certification

If you have previously taken classes with non-IHDS-licensed instructors and wish to transition to our certified track, please email us a copy of your payment receipt(s). These Sites are supported administratively by ICONIC Human Design, LLC, a separate entity acting solely as a payment processor and logistical agent for ICONIC Human Design Education, a Private Membership Association ("ICONIC," "the Association," "we," "us"). By accessing or using these Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Sites.
2. Private Membership Jurisdiction
ICONIC Human Design Education operates exclusively as a Private Membership Association. All educational, coaching, and wellness services are provided privately to consenting members under the jurisdiction of private contract law, spiritual rights, and First Amendment protections. The Sites may publicly share general information, but full participation in programs, courses, or community spaces requires private membership.
2A. Private Membership Notice and Acceptance
By accessing or using this website, enrolling in a course, making a purchase, or utilizing any services provided by ICONIC Human Design Education, PMA, you agree to become a private member of our spiritual association. Our services are provided solely within the private domain under the protections of the First Amendment. Full participation in programs, courses, services, or community spaces is available only to members.
By continuing to use our Sites, you acknowledge and agree to our Membership Terms and Conditions (available upon request or linked during registration) and you voluntarily enter a private membership covenant with ICONIC Human Design Education, PMA. No physical or electronic signature is required.
All activities, education, and offerings are spiritual and educational in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Ministries offered through ICONIC Human Design Education, PMA are not state-licensed medical or legal services and are provided solely for private, educational, and spiritual enrichment purposes.
3. Age Requirements & COPPA Compliance

4. Membership & User Responsibilities
Use of these Sites constitutes agreement with our Code of Ethics and community conduct policies.
• Promotion of unrelated services or coaching systems without permission is prohibited.
• We do not explore HD content that diverges from the original Human Design System as taught by Ra Uru Hu and licensed through Jovian Archive.
• Only authorized source software (Jovian Archive, Maia Mechanics, MyBodygraph) may be promoted or discussed within member spaces.
The Association reserves the right to accept or deny membership or site access to any individual and to deactivate accounts for violations of these terms.
5. Financial & Administrative Handling
All payments and donations related to ICONIC Human Design Education may be processed through ICONIC Human Design, LLC, which is a separate entity with no ownership, membership, or operational role in the Association. The LLC provides administrative and technical infrastructure only and does not deliver any spiritual, educational, or coaching services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on these Sites—including text, audio, video, software, graphics, PDFs, courses, and membership materials—is protected by intellectual property law. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all rights are reserved by ICONIC Human Design Education or by authorized licensors (e.g., Jovian Archive Media Pte. Ltd.).
You may not copy, share, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided through ICONIC sites without prior written authorization. Jovian Archive holds the exclusive copyright to the Human Design System, the Global Incarnation Index, the Primary Health System, and all knowledge derived from the teachings of Ra Uru Hu.

• You retain ownership of your own posts but grant ICONIC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the private domain.

10. Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction
We strongly prefer and intend for all disputes arising out of your use of these Sites or your membership relationship with ICONIC Human Design Education to be resolved privately and amicably.
Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith internal mediation with ICONIC’s leadership. If mediation does not resolve the matter, disputes shall proceed to confidential, binding arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted in Yavapai County, Arizona (or Sedona, Arizona if in-person). The arbitration shall be administered by a qualified arbitrator (e.g., JAMS or similar).
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking provisional or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where permitted by applicable law. Class action waivers apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the private contractual laws of ICONIC Human Design Education, consistent with its status as a Private Membership Association, with arbitration to be conducted in Yavapai County, Arizona.
11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
All services and information provided via the Sites are for private, educational, and self-development use only. Nothing on these websites constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.
By using the Sites, you agree that:
• ICONIC makes no guarantees or warranties about outcomes, experiences, or continuity of access.
